บทคัดย่อ

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิดขององค์การแรงงานระหว่างประเทศ (ILO) ทำให้ทราบถึงปัญหาเรื่องผู้ดูแลลูกจ้าง ปัญหาเรื่องผู้มีสิทธิได้รับเงินทดแทน ปัญหาการคุ้มครองลูกจ้างระหว่างเดินทางมาทำงานให้นายจ้าง และหาแนวทางในการแก้ไขปรับปรุงพระราชบัญญัติเงินทดแทน พ.ศ. 2537 ให้มีความเหมาะสม เป็นธรรมกับลูกจ้างมากยิ่งขึ้น

Abstract

This article aims to study the concept of the International Labor Organization (ILO) and understand the problem of employee supervision. Problems regarding those entitled to receive compensation Problems with protecting employees while traveling to work for employers and find ways to amend and improve the Compensation Act B.E. 2537 to be appropriate. Be more fair to employees
