Prathom Suksa 3 Students, (2) to construct and develop the learning model to reach the 80\/80 criterion and effectiveness Index: E.I of 0.5, (3) to compare the learning achievement between before and after learning by Co-operative Leaning\u201cNHT\u201d on Speaking Exercises with Role Playing for Development English Speaking Skill \u201cEveryday English\u201d In Subject English for Prathom Suksa 3 Students, (4) to compare the English Speaking Skill between before and after learning by Co-operative Leaning \u201cNHT\u201d on Speaking Exercises with Role Playing for Development English Speaking Skill \u201cEveryday English\u201d In Subject English for Prathom Suksa 3 Students, and (5) to study the students\u2019 satisfaction towards learning by Co-operative Leaning \u201cNHT\u201d on Speaking Exercises with Role Playing for Development English Speaking Skill \u201cEveryday English\u201d In Subject English for Prathom Suksa 3 Students. The cluster random sampling was applied for 38 Prathom suksa 3 students 3\/1 of Samliam Municipal School School in the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> semester, B.E.2559 academic year. The research tools used for data collection consisted of (1) English lesson plans by Co-operative Leaning \u201cNHT\u201d on Speaking Exercises with Role Playing for Development English Speaking Skill \u201cEveryday English\u201d. (2) 40 items with 4 multiple choices of the achievement test which its difficulty index is from 0.20-0.80, the discrimination is over 0.20 and the reliability is 0.802. (3) 40 items of the English speaking skill test. And (4) 20 items satisfaction questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test.<\/p>\n<p>The research findings were summarized as follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The state, problem and the guidelines of Learning by Co-operative Leaning \u201cNHT\u201d on Speaking Exercises with Role Playing for Development English Speaking Skill \u201cEveryday English\u201d In Subject English for Prathom Suksa 3 Students was clearly found that index of consistency; documentary analysis and the interview of 5 experts were consistent.<\/li>\n<li>The efficiency of the learning model reached the 88.19\/85.59 efficiency,thus it was fit to the 80\/80 criterion.\u00a0 Besides, the effectiveness index was 0.69 or 69 percent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>The learning achievement of students learning by Co-operative Leaning \u201cNHT\u201d on Speaking Exercises with Role Playing for Development English Speaking Skill \u201cEveryday English\u201d In Subject English for Prathom Suksa 3 Students after learning were higher than before learning with significant difference at .01 level.<\/li>\n<li>The English Speaking Skill of students learning by Co-operative Leaning \u201cNHT\u201d on Speaking Exercises with Role Playing for Development English Speaking Skill \u201cEveryday English\u201d In Subject English for Prathom Suksa 3 Students after learning were higher than before learning with significant difference at .01 level.<\/li>\n<li>The students\u2019 satisfaction towards learning by Co-operative Leaning \u201cNHT\u201d on Speaking Exercises with Role Playing for Development English Speaking Skill \u201cEveryday English\u201d In Subject English for Prathom Suksa 3 Students were at a highest level.
