this research were 1) to study the satisfaction of student affairs administration of Surat Thani Polytechnic College 2) to compare satisfaction with student affairs administration of Surat Thani Polytechnic College classified by educational level position and work experience 3) to study opinions and suggestions about student affairs administration of Surat Thani Polytechnic College. The target population in this research consisted of administrators, teachers and educational personnel of 53 people of Surat Thani Polytechnic College. The sample size was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan to define the sample size. The samples were selected using the stratified random sampling method. The sample consisted of 48 people. The instrument used in the research was a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire. This questionnaire was sent to five experts to examine the quality and accuracy by analysis IOC (Index of Item-Objective Congruence) which value between 0.6-1.0 and the reliability coefficient was 0.97. The statistic use for data analysis ware frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and F-test for One-way analysis of variance or ANOVA.<\/p>\n<p>The research findings were as follow<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The satisfaction on student affairs administration according to the opinions<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>of administrators, teachers and educational personnel of Surat Thani Polytechnic College. Overall and each aspect had a high level of satisfaction, it found highest mean was Vocational special project and community service followed by Careers guidance and recruitment and lowest mean was Governance.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>The results of comparison of satisfaction on student affairs administration according to the opinions of administrator, teacher and educational personnel of Surat Thani Polytechnic College. Classified by educational level position and work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>2.1 Comparison of satisfaction on student affairs administration according to the opinions of administrators, teachers and educational personnel of Surat Thani Polytechnic College. Classified by educational level, it was found that administrators, teachers and educational personnel with different levels of education. Satisfaction with student affairs administration Overall they were not statistically different. Classified by work experience found that administrators, teachers and educational personnel with different working experience. The most frequencies of each side are : Student Activities. Should be plan appropriate and raise awareness. The teacher consultant, There should be a management system to prevent and solve the dropout problem. Governance, The student care system should be strengthened continuously. Career guidance and job recruitment, There should be proactive guidance in academy and company to increase the number of students entering vocational education.
