employees. The problems and obstacles of labour relation administration is related to several causes including disagreeing opinions on the law, interpretating the economic law as a main conflict, policy\u2019s party affecting to submit a claim for employment change in political dimension, rarely resulted conflict in societal dimension, being unable to adapt changing in technology dimension. Thus, The approaches of solutions and obstacles are to apply proactive working principles, to work as a consultation system, to understand before happening conflict or labour controversy by promoting labor relations and creating cooperation between employers and employees, to promote partnership-style labor relations, to create a strong bilateral system, to support attitudes, and to encourage
